|Additional Information:||Archival linen backed original. Hospitable Germany. Deutsche Zentral for Fremdenverker Frankfurt am Main. Printed in Germany. This great travel poster for Germany features the sign that would hang in front of a wine stubbe entrace. The sign has a man holding a glass of wine and on his plate a chicken. Off in the distance on this hillside is the outline of one of the old German "Sloss" or castles. Great for any wine room. Whimsical image depicting a restaurant hanging sign of a man raising a glass over a chicken dinner, grapes used as ornamental embellishments to the sign. The printing is particularly attractive, the attractive coloring heightened with gilt. Published by Deutsche Zentrale fur Fremdenverkehr Frankfurt am Main (tourist authority). Available for viewing inside The Vintage Poster Gallery at 1492 S Coast Hwy in Laguna Beach, CA 92651. Southern California's largest vintage poster gallery.|
