The exhibition highlighted the story of John Clark's flight with the BEA (British European Airways) with photographs and a model of the airplane. John Clark (b. 1932) is a famous British actor best known as the star of "Just William."
Published in 1922, Just William is the first book in a series of children's short stories called William Brown Books, written by Richmal Crompton. The books were adapted into a television series, films, and even a radio show. John Clark, who, from October 1945 to March 1947, was the first actor to star as Just William in the first two series of the popular BBC radio programme (some 61 episodes in all).
