Saul Bass

Saul Bass (1920-1996)
Saul Bass is among the most prominent American graphic designers of the twentieth-century, and is well known as the pioneer of the modern title sequence designing.  He designed title sequences for classic films such as The Man with the Golden Arm, Vertigo, The Seven Year Itch, Psych, North by Northwest, Spartacus, and The Shining.  Bass also designed many iconic logos including Kleenex, The Girl Scouts, Continental Airlines and AT&T.
