Frederick William McDarrah (November 5, 1926 – November 6, 2007) was a staff photographer for New York City’s The Village Voice. McDarrah is best known for his work in documenting the cultural happenings in New York during the second half of the 20th century, through his death at the age of 81.

This collection of contemporary fine art photographs include a young Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Mick Jagger, The Beatles, Andy Warhol, Robert Mapplethorpe, a campaigning Bobby Kennedy, Muhammad Ali, and more.
