In original 'cartone' format with string at top as originally issued. This little cupie doll is carting around a toothpaste made "with natural fruit juice" Small format. As he squeezes the tube it shows a trail of flavorful fruit of lemons, cherries, grapes, oranges, bananas, pears, peaches, pineapples, and more.
