Limited Runs announced today that the never-before-seen fine art photography collection, Len Steckler: Mad to Mod, will debut and be available for purchase at the inaugural Pop Art Photo Show<\/a> <\/strong>by Limited Runs, taking place September 27-30th<\/sup> at the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, California.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Model and actress\u00a0Suzy Parker<\/em><\/p>\n

Mad to Mod is a previously unseen, limited-edition fine art photography collection which features a thoughtfully curated collection of fashion photographs taken by renowned photographer, illustrator, painter, and film director Len Steckler.\u00a0 The collection is a mix of \u201cMad\u201d and \u201cMod\u201d style fashion photographs taken between 1959 and 1969 for such publications as Vogue<\/em>, Redbook<\/em>, Cosmopolitan and others, and include photographs taken during the late 1950s to early 1960\u2019s with the world’s top models of the day including model and actress Suzy Parker, and supermodel Wilhelmina.\u00a0 The Mod selection includes shots taken from 1964 to 1969 of model and actresses Lauren Hutton, Barbara Bach, and others.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Steckler spent more than two decades focused on fashion and beauty photography, his work fueling the careers of prominent supermodels including Jennifer O\u2019Neill, Cybil Shepherd, Susan Blakeley, and Maud Adams, whose photographs appeared in a number of high-end fashion magazines including Vogue,<\/em> Harper\u2019s Bazaar, Life, <\/em>and Look, among others.\u00a0 The Mad to Mod fine art photography collection will enable admirers of Steckler\u2019s photography to take home a unique collection of his work that played a significant role in shaping the direction of today\u2019s fashion and beauty photography industry.<\/em><\/p>\n
