(LOS ANGELES, CA) \u00a0May 30, 2018<\/b> \u2014<\/span> Limited Runs<\/span>\u00a0announced today the inaugural<\/span>\u00a0 <\/b>Pop Art Photo Show<\/b><\/a> will take place September 27-30, 2018 at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California. <\/span>The show, produced by Limited Runs, <\/span>is a four-day celebration of 70+ years of pop culture-influenced expression. The show will feature an interactive space showcasing rare and vintage images bridging all varieties of pop culture, including movies, music, celebrity, fashion, and more.<\/span> Pop Art Photo Show<\/b><\/a> offers everyone from car enthusiasts, classic movie lovers, and music aficionados, a space to explore and purchase their favorite rare and vintage art.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pop Art Photo Show<\/b><\/a> will showcase a wide range of rare and vintage art, photography, and posters that span eight decades of pop culture<\/span>, including o<\/span>riginal American concept car art from\u00a0<\/span>designers that worked for the major Detroit automakers during the 1940s through the 1970s,\u00a0<\/span>Len Steckler\u2019s estate will release \u201cMad to Mod\u201d a collection of rare and never before seen photographs from the late 1950s to the early 1960s, and unpublished celebrity photos from Milton H. Greene including John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, Gene Kelly, and Paul Newman.<\/p>\n

Also included\u00a0rare vintage and original movie posters,<\/span>\u00a0including<\/span>\u00a0a collection of\u00a0<\/span>Star Wars <\/b>posters from around the world spanning from the original film to the latest release <\/span>The Last Jedi<\/b>.\u00a0 Music photography by\u00a0<\/span>Stephen Stickler<\/b>, <\/span>Neil Zlozower,<\/b> Bill Spilka<\/b>, <\/span>Fred W. McDarrah, <\/b> Jay Blakesberg<\/b>, <\/span>Dennis Morris,\u00a0<\/b>Eddie Malluk<\/b>, <\/span>Joe Giron <\/b>and many more.\u00a0\u00a0A unique collection of art by famed rock and movie poster artist T.A.Z.<\/b> (aka Jim Evans<\/b>), including Jim\u2019s collaboration with street artist RISK<\/b>, as well as unpublished rock posters, a series of super stylized pop icons art pieces in collaboration with Richard Duardo, the inventive print maker referenced as \u201cthe Warhol of the West,\u201d commissioned in the 1980\u2019s which feature Frank Sinatra<\/b>, Marilyn Monroe<\/b>, Elvis<\/b>, James Dean<\/b>, Madonna<\/b>, Sylvester Stallone<\/b>, Marlon Brando<\/b>, Sean Connery<\/b>, and more.<\/p>\n
