\"\"<\/a>May Pang, world-renowned confidant and companion of\u00a0John Lennon, has been in the public eye for over three decades. Her\u00a0music industry career spans 40 years, beginning with\u00a0Allen Klein’s company,\u00a0ABKCO Industries, the\u00a0firm who managed The Beatles’ Apple Corps. Ltd. and the Rolling Stones. In 1970, Lennon and Yoko Ono hired\u00a0Pang\u00a0as their personal assistant. She\u00a0would eventually become their production coordinator, playing\u00a0a key role\u00a0in records by Lennon, Ono and\u00a0Harry Nilsson. In 1974,\u00a0Pang was\u00a0honored with\u00a0an RIAA Gold Album Award for her work on\u00a0Lennon’s #1 hit album, Walls and Bridges<\/em>, which included his first and only #1 single, Whatever Gets You Thru The Night<\/em>. She can also be heard singing on #9 Dream<\/em>. By the early 1980s, Pang was one of the leading managers in the music publishing industry, successfully obtaining coverage by\u00a0such artists as Diana Ross,\u00a0Judas Priest, The Four Tops, Ullanda McCullough and Air Supply. In 1983, Warner Books published her memoir, Loving John<\/em>. The\u00a0book detailed her liaison and working association with the late Beatle and shed light on his\u00a0relationships with his first son, Julian, as well as Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and\u00a0George Harrison. In 2008, St. Martin’s Press released\u00a0Instamatic Karma<\/em>, a collection of Pang’s personal photographs of John Lennon.\u00a0Recently, Cindigo Books published in Germany May\u2019s photo and memories of her time with John, \u201cJohn Lennon and May Pang\u201d to critical praise.\u00a0 Fine art prints\u00a0of these portraits have been\u00a0exhibited in major galleries across the country. \u00a0During the last two decades, Pang\u00a0has appeared in every major news and magazine publication worldwide.<\/p>\n
